I couldn't imagine it could hurt to hear Cecil read the StrexCorp ad. I mean, I know those five sentences by heart, having met them often enough, and when Kevin read it it wasn't so bad, it really was nothing, just a part of the whole Desert Bluffs thing, but Cecil... especially the curt way he says "Strex"... and then he says it in his normal voice, and it's even worse...
And just a few seconds later he says... oh, he says... I mean, I already knew StrexCorp was going to buy the radio station, yet still, it shook me with all the power of those terrible imperceptive Night Vale earthquakes...

I'm afraid I'm going to switch to listening to some music for the meantime. It's. Just. Too. Scary.
